Ironspire for small teams

Small teams move fast, but coordinating AI agents across multiple developers adds friction fast. Ironspire gives every team member a managed agent fleet on their own machine, with structured communication and shared oversight built in.

Each developer keeps their own fleet

Every team member runs Ironspire locally with their own agent roster. Presets for Developer, QA Engineer, Technical Writer, DevOps, Data Analyst, and more ship out of the box. Agents run in isolated contexts on each machine, so one developer's experiment does not interfere with another's workflow.

Per-agent cost tracking across the team

Real-time spend per agent, daily budget limits, and token forecasting are on by default. When API costs are shared across a team, knowing exactly where every token goes is essential. Each developer can see their own usage; you can set budget limits before a sprint to keep costs predictable.

Oversight at every autonomy level

In Normal mode every tool call waits for approval before it runs. Autonomy tiers let developers promote specific, trusted tasks to Auto-Accept without opening the whole fleet to unchecked execution. An emergency stop kills one agent or the full fleet in a single keypress (Ctrl+Shift+E). The default is always approval-first.

Structured agent-to-agent communication

The Relay engine (Forge) lets agents message each other with @mentions, so a QA agent can hand findings directly to a Developer agent without human copy-paste in between. Blueprint Workflow Engine tracks milestones, phases, and tasks across sessions, giving the team a shared view of what is in progress and what is done.

How it fits together

Each developer opens Ironspire on their own machine and creates agents suited to their current task. Agents run in parallel within that session: a Developer agent writing code while a QA agent runs tests, and a Technical Writer drafting docs alongside both. The Relay engine (Forge) lets agents exchange messages with @mentions, reducing the back-and-forth a developer would otherwise do manually.

Everything stays on each developer's machine. Code, conversations, and API keys never leave the device. Prompts go directly from the machine to your chosen AI provider -- never through Ironspire servers. Each team member brings their own API key (BYOK via CLI or SDK), so there is no shared credential to manage.

Start free, scale with Forge

The Starter tier is free with no time limit. Every team member gets up to three agents, the full Monaco-based IDE, integrated terminals, a file tree, MCP plugin support, and BYOK. Upgrade to Ironspire Forge for unlimited agents, cross-agent memory (Corpus), Blueprint orchestration, full cost analytics, and agent relay -- the features that make coordination across a session genuinely practical.
