Terms of Service

Subscription: An active subscription gives you access to Ironspire Forge features for your billing period. Access continues for as long as your subscription is active.

Lifetime: A lifetime purchase gives you permanent access to the current major version (v3.x), including all updates within that version line.

All licences are per-user. You may install Ironspire on multiple devices for personal use.

Ironspire operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You provide your own API keys for AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).

You are responsible for your API key usage and any costs from your chosen providers. Ironspire does not access, store on our servers, or monitor your API keys. Keys are stored locally on your device with DPAPI encryption.

Our software: Ironspire and all related intellectual property belong to us. Your licence does not transfer ownership.

Your data: You own all data you create using Ironspire, including agent configurations, chat history, memory corpus entries, and project files. All of this data is stored locally on your device.

Ironspire incorporates open-source software. Licence details are included with the application.

Subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription period. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Lifetime purchases: 30-day refund window from the date of purchase.

Refunds are processed via Paddle, our payment processor. Contact hello@ironspire.dev to request a refund.

Ironspire is provided "as is" without warranty beyond what is required by law. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenue.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

By us: We may terminate your access for breach of these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. For serious breaches, termination may be immediate.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will email registered users about any significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of Ironspire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
