Ironspire for agencies
Agencies juggle multiple clients, shifting briefs, and tight margins. Ironspire gives your team specialised AI agents per project, with cost tracking, local-first privacy, and structured orchestration -- all from a desktop app each developer controls.
Specialised agents for every role
Presets for Developer, QA Engineer, Technical Writer, DevOps, Data Analyst, and more ship out of the box. Each agent runs in its own isolated context, so a copywriter agent, a developer agent, and a QA agent can work in parallel on the same project without polluting each other's context windows.
Per-agent cost tracking per project
Real-time spend per agent, daily budget limits, and token forecasting are on by default. When you are billing API costs to client projects, knowing exactly where every token goes is not optional. Set a budget limit before a sprint starts and catch a runaway agent before it erodes a project margin.
Local-first privacy for client work
Client code, conversations, and API keys stay on your machine. Prompts go directly from your device to your chosen AI provider -- never through Ironspire's servers. Bring your own API key via CLI or SDK (BYOK). There is no shared cloud workspace where client data mingles with other projects.
Oversight without micromanagement
In Normal mode every tool call waits for approval before it runs. Autonomy tiers let you promote trusted, repetitive tasks to Auto-Accept without opening the whole fleet to unchecked execution. An emergency stop halts one agent or the full fleet in a single keypress (Ctrl+Shift+E). The default is always approval-first.
How it fits together
Open Ironspire for a client project and create agents with presets suited to that brief. Agents run in parallel: a Developer agent writing code while a QA agent runs tests, and a Technical Writer drafting deliverables alongside both. The Relay engine (Forge) lets agents message each other with @mentions, so you do not have to copy-paste results between windows or briefs.
Corpus (Forge) gives agents cross-session memory, so context built up during one sprint carries forward to the next. Blueprint Workflow Engine (Forge) tracks milestones, phases, and tasks so nothing falls through the gap between handoffs. Everything runs on your machine -- client data never leaves the device.
A Team tier for shared licences and team-wide oversight is on the roadmap. Today, each developer on your team runs their own copy of Ironspire with their own API key and their own agent fleet -- keeping client data isolated per machine.
